It also develops elafibranor, which is in Phase 3 clinical trial for the treatment of primary sclerosing cholangitis; GNS561, which is in Phase 1b clinical trial for the treatment of cholangiocarcinoma; and G1090N/NTZ, which is in Phase 1 clinical trial for the treatment of acute-on-chronic liver failure continuum.
