Scope (Website and Mobile App)
This Privacy Policy applies to our website (coindataflow.com) and to the CoinDataFlow mobile application (“App”), including versions distributed via third-party app catalogs. It does not apply to third-party websites, services, or wallets that you may access through links in the App.
Mobile App (WebView/TWA) Data
The CoinDataFlow Android App is a WebView/PWA wrapper of the CoinDataFlow website. Therefore, data handling in the App is generally the same as on the website, with the clarifications below.
When you use the App, we may process the following data:

Account data (if you create an account or sign in): email address and authentication data necessary to provide access to your account. If you use Google Sign-In, we receive basic account information required for authentication (typically your email address and an account identifier).

Portfolio data you provide: wallet addresses, watchlists, and portfolio preferences/settings.

Technical data: like most online services, our servers may automatically receive technical information sent by your device/browser when you connect (such as IP address and user agent) for security, fraud prevention, and service operation.

Local storage: the embedded web experience may store essential data locally on your device (e.g., session tokens and preferences) using browser storage (cookies/local storage) to keep you signed in and to provide core functionality.
What we do not collect in the App:

No mobile analytics or crash reporting SDKs. The App does not use Firebase Analytics/Crashlytics, Sentry, or similar mobile tracking/crash SDKs.

No third-party ads. The App does not display third-party ads and does not use the Android Advertising ID.
How we use this data: to provide App functionality, authenticate users, maintain sessions, prevent abuse, secure our services, and operate and improve the product.
Sharing: We may share limited data with service providers that help us operate the service (e.g., hosting/infrastructure and email delivery). These providers process data on our behalf only for the purposes described above.
Retention & deletion: We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law. You can delete your CoinDataFlow account at any time directly in the product: Settings → Delete Account (available on the website and in the App). After deletion, we will remove or anonymize your account data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law or necessary for security and fraud prevention.
