The Food Processing segment manufactures and sells frozen bakery products, such as croissants, bread loaves, baguettes, burger buns, sweet pastries, savoury pastries, pizza, muffins, bagels, and pretzels for the hotels, retail, entertainment, convenience store, airline, and catering industries under the Hearty Bake brand name. This segment also provides cold cuts, sausages, portion control meat, and smoked salmon for supermarkets, hotels, and restaurants. The Dairies segment manufactures and distributes condensed and evaporated milk. It also engages in the provision of IT and management services; property investment activities; and sale of restaurant and café vouchers, as well as operates fast food restaurants. The company was formerly known as Etika International Holdings Limited and changed its name to Envictus International Holdings Limited in July 2014. Envictus International Holdings Limited was founded in 1997 and is based in Singapore.
