The Electronics and System Integration segment is involved in the design, manufacture, and installation of electronic and microprocessor-controlled products; trading, maintenance, and supply of industrial electronic equipment; intelligent transportation systems and systems integration projects involving information communication technology; and supply and service of telecommunication equipment and audio visual multimedia systems. The M&E segment engages in the supply and installation of security systems; design and installation of fire protection systems, as well as the provision of mechanical engineering services; industrial maintenance and service works; trading of transport equipment and provision of related services; and manufacture, import, and marketing of filters. The Other Operations segment trades in precision instruments; and provides cloud and general trading services. The company also manufactures and deals in electrical and electronic appliances; and installs, maintains, repairs, deals, and supplies, including testing and commissioning of fire security and alarm devices and apparatus. In addition, it researches, designs, and develops products in power electronics. The company was incorporated in 1975 and is headquartered in Seri Kembangan, Malaysia.
