The Other O&G Services segment manufactures, markets, distributes, and supplies oilfield chemicals, petrochemical and chemical products, equipment, and services. The New Energy segment develops and operates ways to garner energy from non-fossil fuel and renewable energy and engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning (EPCC) contractor for solar photovoltaic and geothermal. The Digitalisation & Technology segment provides technology and modernization software development and digital solutions; and aviation and aerospace services, as well as supplies technology/digitalization equipment and consumables. The company also provides subsurface software and consultancy services; product and services for satellite imagery; renewable energy services; satellite services for O&G market; geocomputing and geophysical software development, testing, and maintenance services; repair and maintenance services to petroleum exploration and production wells; supporting services to oil and gas mining; and support services, including consumables, parts, and letting out of machineries and equipment used in the O&G industry, as well as artificial lift and pumping solution services. In addition, it is involved in the oil refinery hardware and equipment trading business; aerospace business; and manufacturing of satellites. The company was incorporated in 2000 and is based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.
