While concentrated in New York, Vornado also has premier assets in Chicago and San Francisco, and maintains a 32.4% interest in Alexander's, Inc. (“Alexander's”) (NYSE: ALX), which owns six properties in the greater New York metropolitan area. Vornado is a real estate industry leader in sustainability, with over 27 million square feet of LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certified buildings, representing approximately 97% of our portfolio, with over 23 million square feet at LEED Gold or Platinum.
