The Trading segment engages in the trading, supply, and stocking of high pressure seamless and specialized steel pipes, fittings, flanges, valves, and other fluid transmission related products, including actuators and controls for use in oil and gas, gas reticulation, marine, onshore and offshore heavy engineering, power generation, petrochemicals, palm oil refining, and other related industries. The Manufacturing segment manufactures and supplies butt-welded carbon steel fittings, such as elbows, tees, reducers, end-caps, stub ends, high frequency induction long bends, stainless steel and alloy pipes, and related products, as well as provides milling, machining, and welding services for tubes and pipe fittings in special metals for use in the oil and gas, marine, onshore and offshore heavy engineering, petrochemical and chemical, palm oil refinery and oleochemical, power generation, pharmaceutical, water, and other related industries. This segment is also involved in the hot dip galvanizing; treatment and coating of metals; engineering fabrication works; and manufacturing and trading of industrial consumable products. The Investment Holding segment offers management services; and invests in properties. Pantech Group Holdings Berhad was founded in 1987 and is headquartered in Pasir Gudang, Malaysia.
